Van der wurff Produkties’ goal is to develop original, inventive textile products and to put them onto the world market. The Sales activities take place via the internet and according to a pre-set strategies plan. These concise general conditions, as well as the more elaborate ones that can be downloaded, apply to all sales and/or contracts that Van der Wurff Produkties is involved with.
Internet sale-agreements
According to the European legislation, a buy closed in electronic traffic, is a valid purchase contract,
on which must follow a payment. The purchase contract can only be dissolved if the customer indicates within 7 days after the electronic order -in writing or by e-mail-, that he want to dissolve the purchase contract.
Prices
All prices mentioned on the website of Van der Wurff Produkties are shown in Euros (€) and include V.A.T (19%). Delivery charges are to be paid by the customer.
Prices are applicable at time and acceptance of order. If prices for certain products have increased between time of order and time of delivery, the price at time of acceptance of order will apply. Indien de prijzen gedaald zijn kan men binnen 10 dagen na aankoop van het product het verschil in euro's claimen.
Payments The general rule is that orders through the webshop should be paid by 100% down payment. The payment can take place with Paypal or with check money oder.
Orders and agreements

Supply
After we have received your order, you will get an confirmation of your order by email The invoice amount is including cost of sending.
As soon as the payment has been received, your order will be sent, witch mostly is within 2 or 3 workingdays. Sending takes place insured by means of TNT posts in the Nethetlands.
If you are not at home, you wil get a notification so you can pick up your parcel at the mail office nearest to you.
Data management and privacy
The personal data, supplied by the customer to van der wurff Produktions will only be used by employees of Van der Wurff Produkties internally.
For excample We can ask the buyer to cooperate with us to complete a form for our poll.
Van der wurff Produkties won’t supply these data to third parties.
Guarantee
You have a complete guarantee on the product. Wear of the product (material etc.) is obviously excluded from guarantee.
The inner pillows are a bit smaller than the outside cover so if you wash the material on 40 degrees, these can shrink a little.
Check your product on defect after you've received it.
Our advise:
► Make sure you attach the Trapeze substantial to the wall or ceiling. For accidents by torn or wore out material Van der Wurff Produkties is under no circumstances responsible .
►Replace your product such as it has worn out. The trapeze have been made of especially selected, very strong material.
The total product is extraordinarily strong and of good quality. Every product is exhaustively checked before delivery.
Van der Wurff Produkties is not responseble for any kind of damage wich is caused by inaccurate use of the product. The liability of Van der wurff Pr odukties will always be limited to the invoice amount related to the product and/or service that caused the damage.
Product description and errors
In the event that a product description/photo/colour of the material is not correct or VanderwurffProdukties has shown the wrong price for a product, as the result of a technical or human error, Van der Wurff Produkties will reserve the right to decline or cancel the order that was placed with the wrong price and/or description, after which the customer may place a new order with the correct price and/or description/photo/colour of the material.
Customer regrets purchase In the event that a customer regrets a purchase or has a complaint about it, the buyer may return the product within 7 days after receipt, in its original state, unused and in the original, complete packaging, at his/her own expense, after which Van der Wurff Produkties will reimburse the purchase price within 30 days. Return shipments must first be announced by email, phone or letter. Intellectual property and Jurisdiction All intellectual or industrial property rights relating to the products of Van der Wurff Produkties lie exclusively with Van der Wurff Produkties.
In the event of major difficulty or dispute between the customer and Van der Wurff Produkties, the parties hereby agree to strive for an amicable settlement. Should this fail, any such dispute shall be submitted to the Dutch Court. The present terms and conditions shall be subject to Dutch law. Should the present terms and conditions be translated, the Dutch version shall prevail over all others. Legal action will be taken against any infringement.
